Documentation
This page contains links to various documents
that will be useful when using the Canola emulator.

The Canola project's Reference Manual

The Canon Canola 1614P came with a Program Card package that
contained sets of cards, each a program to perform a specific task.
These programs have been reconstructed, and are provided as both assembler
source (not binary files), and as PDF file containing card images.
-
The Canola 1614P Instruction Manual is available for download (44MB, PDF). This was
constructed from scans provided by the Australian Computer Museum. The manual is dated March 1972.
-
Duffy, E., and Foley, G. (1975)
Canola in the Classroom, i-ix, 99 pp. (Sydney: Sapphire Books).
-
There is class documentation generated
from the source code of the emulator, using Doxygen.
-
There is also a page of Questions that
need an actual 1614P to resolve.
